Great location, fantastic views, brutal hills...

Based at Swanage in Dorset (location here) this event is a great way to get ready for the season and sharpen up your running / biking. The run course takes you up a couple of steps ;-) along the coastal path and out to Old Harry Rocks and the bike course includes Corfe Castle and a cheeky little 20% hill (Standard only).

FAQs

What time is registration?
Registration is open from 07:00 till 09:15

Where is registration / bike racking?
In the main event marquee on the field.

What time is the safety briefing?
This will be held on the start line at 09:15. Be ready to start your race after this.

What time does the events start?
Both races begin at 09:30

What nutrition is available?
Glyco Source from Science Fitness, flapjack and bananas available on the aid stations and HQ.

Are there aid stations?
Yes, there is one aid station on the bike course and one on the run route.

Is there car parking available?
Unless we have had a very wet winter, there will be parking on the event field. Should the field be a little damp, you will be advised on alternative parking nearer race day.

Can I camp on the event field?
Yes, if you are brave enough.

Are there toilets available?
There will be toilets onsite.
