The ONER - Rab's Ultra - Flippin' Hell

April 4th - 5th 2020 - Lulworth, Dorset

For 2020 the ONER is being ran IN REVERSE

82 miles from Studland to Charmouth, over the world famous Jurassic coastline. A strict 24 hour time limit applies to complete the course. Self navigate to check points along the coastline through the night. Check points every 10k aprox.

This is a seriously tough event with only 50% of runners normally making it to the finish line.

However, if the full Oner is a bit too far for you, there is Quarter and Half Oner available. For the Quarter you will start at Studland and finish at Lulworth and if you are running the Half Oner, you start at Studland and finish at Portland (WITHOUT going round the island).

The organisation, crew and logistics are incomparably superb and the coastal route is simply stunning.

- Nick Hanlon-Brooks - 2013

Registration for all events is based at Lulworth Village Hall (BH20 5SG - and runners are transferred to the start point in Studland.

All full Oner runners are supplied with a tracking device for safety. Hot meals available at the halfway point and all other checkpoints have food / hot drinks. ONER tech tee to all who start and medal to those who finish!
